So often, I hear the same excuse for why someone isn’t going to launch a new project: I’m not ready.
And I’ll ask:
Are you ready to ask lots of questions?
Are you ready to try new things?
Are you ready to make mistakes?
Are you ready to put together your team?
Are you ready to learn?
Congratulations. You’ll figure out the rest as you go — but you’re more than ready to start right now.
